# Support

How to reach the developer of the Theme - Manager – by support ticket or email, with your system info if you wish.

On the support page you reach the developer of the Theme - Manager directly – with questions, problems, ideas or simply for feedback. You choose between a support ticket through your Shopware Account and an email. You can include the most important details about your system with a single click.

You find the page in the administration under **Content › Theme - Settings › Support**.

{% hint style="info" %}
The support page does not send anything by itself. It only opens your email program or the ticket page of your Shopware Account – what you send is up to you.
{% endhint %}

## Your system info

With **Show** you see which system info you can send along. It helps the developer to understand your problem faster.

<table><thead><tr><th width="287">Item</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Shopware version</td><td>The Shopware version of your shop.</td></tr><tr><td>Theme - Manager version</td><td>The installed version of the Theme - Manager.</td></tr><tr><td>Themes by RH-Webdesign</td><td>Every active theme by RH-Webdesign with its version. If you use none, this row is missing – as in the image.</td></tr><tr><td>Browser</td><td>Name and version of the browser you are working with.</td></tr></tbody></table>

The system info contains no personal data, customer data or access credentials.

## How to write a request

**By support ticket (recommended):**

1. Under **Helpful to include**, click **Copy** (6). Your system info is now on the clipboard.
2. Click **Create a support ticket** (2). The support page of your Shopware Account opens in a new tab; log in there if necessary.
3. Describe your request, paste in the system info and add a screenshot or the URL of the affected page.

**By email:**

1. Click **Write an email** (3). Your email program opens a new message in which the subject, greeting and system info are already filled in.
2. Describe your request above the system info and attach a screenshot if needed.
3. Send the email.

If no email program opens, use **Copy address** (7) to copy the email address and write the message in your usual email service. You then get the system info with **Copy** (6).

## The way through the header

The **Support** button (1) in the header of every setting and of the changelog also leads to the support page.
