# Offsetting Content

More dynamics and depth in your layouts

Offsetting content, or overlapping blocks, is a creative design technique that allows you to create visual hierarchies and achieve a more dynamic, appealing layout. By **overlaying blocks**, you can craft interesting compositions that draw users' attention to specific content and give your website's overall design a more relaxed feel.

**What does content offset mean?**

Content offset refers to the placement of blocks so that they partially overlap. This technique allows you to combine different content while achieving a striking visual effect.

### How to overlay content blocks in Shopping Experiences:

1. Select a block whose content you want to offset.
2. Open the advanced block settings of the CMS Bundle under the **Offset** section.
