# Comments in the shop

How readers comment in the shop – and how you control it.

When a post contains the [Comments](/cms-bundle/en/blog/elemente/kommentare.md) element and the blog allows comments, readers can join the discussion at the bottom of the post page. What is possible is controlled by the [blog settings](/cms-bundle/en/blog/verwaltung/blogs.md).

* **Visible comments:** only **approved** comments are shown. Pending or declined ones do not appear.
* **Who may comment:** if *Logged-in users only* is active, the form appears only for logged-in customers. Otherwise guests can comment too, using their **name** and **email** (the email is not published).
* **Approval:** if *Auto-approve comments* is off, the note “Your comment will be reviewed before it is published” appears below the form – the comment then goes to moderation under [Comments](/cms-bundle/en/blog/verwaltung/kommentare.md).
