# Blog overview

Show all blogs of your shop as an overview with descriptions.

The **Overview** element lists all blogs of your shop as tiles – ideal as a central entry page when you run more than one blog (e.g. magazine, guide and news).

Use Shopware's **element picker** (the **Replace element** button) to add the **Overview** element at the desired position – the field outlined in red.

<table><thead><tr><th width="287">Function</th><th>Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Headline (1)</td><td>Optional headline above the blog overview.</td></tr><tr><td>Sorting (2)</td><td>Order of the blogs: alphabetically by <strong>Name</strong> or by <strong>Newest</strong> first.</td></tr><tr><td>Limit items (0 = show all) (3)</td><td>Maximum number of blogs shown. <strong>0</strong> shows all of them.</td></tr><tr><td>Show description (4)</td><td>Shows a short description text for each blog.</td></tr><tr><td>Description length (5)</td><td>Maximum number of characters of the description. Longer text is truncated so all tiles stay the same height.</td></tr></tbody></table>
